Crowley Questions Post's Credibility: 'We Know What's Happening in England'

After the New York Post reported today that Queens Congressman Joe Crowley makes his home in a D.C. suburb, Crowley went on the offensive this morning, questioning the paper’s credibility in light of the tabloid scandal roiling English politics.

Crowley Responds to Questions About His Residence

Congressman Joe Crowley, casually carrying his suit jacket over his shoulder, was strolling down Austin Street just now on his way to the Queens County Democratic Organization’s meeting.

“Where did you wake up this morning?” he asked me, obviously referring to this morning’s New York Post story about Crowley’s wife and children, and him too, living in Virginia.
