He Gin Lee, a Queens architect who previously ran for Mayor as a Democrat in 2009, has filed again to run for the 2013 Mayor’s race with the committee name “HE GIN LEE COMMITTEE TO ELECT FOR MAYOR.” The campaign is clearly still in its early stages, however, and his campaign website is still focused on his last mayoral bid.

Like his last effort, Mr. Lee’s 2013 campaign will be a sharply uphill battle against well known candidates with organizational support and millions of dollars behind them.
