
Obama Raises Off Of ‘Whopping’ Romney Fundraising Number
By all accounts, Barack Obama and the Democrats had a pretty good fundraising period, grabbing $71 million, more than he has in any month this campaign season.
But it was nothing compared to Mitt Romney who pulled in $106.1 million, a figure that helped him achieve fundraising parity with the incumbent with the election only four months away.
And it was a figure that sent the Obama campaign scrambling to raise more.
