Cullen says Biden 'undercuts' Obama's message

New Hampshire Republican Chairman Fergus Cullen says that by U.S. Sen. Joe Biden's (D-Del.) vice-presidential candidacy undermines U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's (D-Ill.) message of change.

"The choice of Senator Biden undercuts the notion that Obama is a change agent," Cullen said in a press conference. "Joe Biden has been in the senate for 35 years. He was elected to the senate at age 29; he has literally grown up and spent his entire adult life in the United States Senate."
