Next month, President Barack Obama is having a fundraiser at the home of former “Sex and The City” star Sarah Jessica Parker. The Obama campaign sent an email from Ms. Parker to supporters this morning informing them that they can earn an invitation to the exclusive soiree if they make a donation.
“It’s my honor to invite you to take part in an event I’m hosting at my home with the President and First Lady on June 14th,” Ms. Parker wrote. “If you can make a donation of any amount today, you’ll be automatically entered to win two tickets to New York to join us.” Read More

Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol, is horrified President Barack Obama said his young daughters influenced his decision to come out in support of gay marriage. Ms. Palin took to her blog today to bash the president for being molded by their young minds and one of America’s top rated television comedies.
“Sometimes dads should lead their family in the right ways of thinking. In this case, it would’ve been nice if the President would’ve been an actual leader and helped shape their thoughts instead of merely reflecting what many teenagers think after one too many episodes of Glee,” Ms. Palin wrote. Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen held a press conference yesterday in full costume as his character from his upcoming film The Dictator, Admiral General Shabazz Aladeen, leader of the made up North African nation of Wadiya. The fictional despot was asked to make an endorsement in the presidential race.
“If it was money that I was giving, I support and I give my full support to Mitchell Romney,” Mr. Cohen, er, Mr. Aladeen said. “He has the makings of a great dictator. He is incredibly wealthy, but pays no taxes and it’s not much of a leap to go from firing people to firing squads, and from putting pets on the top of a car to putting political dissidents on the top of them. According to the people over at Public Policy Polling, former reality TV star and White House party crasher Tareq Salahi is the most unpopular political hopeful they’ve ever encountered. Mr. Salahi jumped in to the 2013 Virginia gubernatorial race late last month.

Actress Scarlett Johansson is holding her third fundraiser for Manhattan borough president and likely mayoral candidate Scott Stringer. The event, which will be held on the roof of the Maritime Hotel in Chelsea, includes a two hour party preceded by an hour-and-a-half long “private reception.” Tickets for the party start at $50, access to the reception is reserved for chairs who pony up $2,500.
