State senators know their AG

One week ago, PolitickerOH.com asked one of our summer interns, Michael Gsovski, to call up all the state senators' offices in New Jersey and ask if they could score him Bruce Springsteen tickets. Unfortunately, he had no luck.

This week he was asked to put the Ohio State Senate through the ringer as well, but with a slightly less imposing question: "Who is the Ohio attorney general?"

In the spring, Gov. Ted Strickland (D-Lisbon) named Nancy Rogers as interim Ohio attorney general.

Buckeyes should be glad to learn that with the exception of Tim Schaffer's (R-Lancaster) office which we were unable to reach, their legislators' office staff all eventually provided the correct answer. Gsovski spent the past three days asking 32 of the 33 State Senate offices this question, and below is a summary of their answers, including response time and any relevant notes.
