The poll shows Obama with a seven-point lead in Clark County, while McCain holds a one-point advantage in Washoe County.
Both candidates had similiar favorability ratings according to the poll. Each hovered near the 50-percent mark.
Nevada, which has gone to President Bush in each of the last two elections, is considered a possible swing state by both campaigns and could help determine the outcome of the entire election.
