The governor said Wednesday he has ordered the state's Department of Agriculture and Food and the Department of Commerce to more actively monitor and analyze Utah's gasoline prices according to the Salt Lake Tribune.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Bob Springmeyer called the Utah state government's $92 million in red ink a big number. He said it shows that Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr's flat tax is "a fraud".
