America's golden boy du jour, Barack Obama, is no exception.
That we, as a society, are reduced to drawing attention to the obvious, consistent, and expected flip-flopping and pandering of politicians, rather than addressing any potential change in the underlying (and unchallenged) power structure in this country--multi-national corporations, oil conglomerates, and the military that protects their interests--speaks volumes.
