Clinton Confirmed as SoS: Vitter, DeMint Out-Wingnut Entire Caucus

Former Sen. Hillary Rodhamn Clinton was confirmed by the U.S. Senate today as the nation's new Secretary of State, with two lone holdouts in the entire Republican caucus.

Attorney for Al Franken's campaign, David Lillehaug argued befor the Minnesota Canvassing Board that rejected absentee ballots should be reviewed and counted if they were cast properly.

Chief of Staff Josh Bolten, Counselor Ed Gillespie, and Press Secy Dana Perino are the senior staffers who will remain here, on standby. Monday is a federal holiday so the White House would be closed anyway.
