McConnell agrees with McCain campaign suspension. Will everyone else follow suit?

U.S. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) announced that he is suspending his campaign, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Louisville) called the tactic "an outstanding idea."

McCain's campaign also said they will suspend running advertisements and fundraising. The state Republican party posted McCain's announcement about suspending the campaign on their website, but still features various prominent links and graphics for McCain videos and ads.

It looks like Republican leadership in the state approves of the move, so how far down the food chain should we expect it to go? Will all McCain surrogates and supporters stay home? Will all fundraising for McCain be put on hold until further notice from above?
