Local profs helping with Obama transition

Two law professors from the University of Washington are helping with President-elect Barack Obama's transition to the White House, the Seattle P-I reports.

Paul Miller, who specializes in employment law, will be working on the labor department transition team while Robert Anderson, the director of the Native American Law Center at UW, is a co-chair of the interior transition team.

Anderson, according to the P-I's Connelly, served as a legal advisor to Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt from 1995 to 2001.
