AG's spokesman told me surreptitious taping was illegal. Was he taping me when he told me that?

The last time I spoke with Scott Gerber, spokesman for AG Jerry Brown, was about a month ago. I asked him why the AG's office was investigating not just ACORN but the fake pimp and fake prostitute who went to...

Criminal Illegal Aliens Don't Like Detention

Those who have violated our laws are upset--they do not like the accommodations government gives them while they use all technicalities to keep themselves in this country.

I have an idea.  You can go back to you nature land, live outside prison walls and continue your legal fight against deportations.  You made the choice to violate the law, you must live with the consequences.  It is not up to the poor of America to provide you with Perrier and cable TV.

As for attorneys, the ACLU, the Democrat Party, ACORN, Barack supporters should be paying for them--you violated our laws, this is your minor punishment--there are many private groups capable of providing you with legal assistance.

Gingrich: GOP'ers to Third Party for 2012

In 1964, after the Goldwater defeat, there was talk of a Third Party.  In 1974, after the Nixon fiasco, there was talk of a Third Party.

Talking about Third Parties, from a GOP perspective, has always been with  us.

The Democrats do not talk about it--but the socialist wing of the Democrat Party just does it.  The Socialists in the Democrat Party created the MoveOn.org effort, financed ACORN, gave Obama jobs for many years, now the socialists agenda is White House policy.

Socialists did not talk about Third Parties, they just create the finances, policies and candidates to promote their agenda within the Democrat Party.

ACORN Corruption Told to Congress

Pass this article on to your friend--it is important.  It is a step by step exposure of the corruption by ACORN a former employer of Barack Obama.

Voter fraud, intimidation, mortgage corruption, financial fraud, lies and deceit.  That was all presented to Congress.

Inb answer to this litany of criminal acts the Obama Administration is willing to let ACORN hire census takers--and control that system.  Congress is allowing hundreds of millions to ACORN for more "mortgage" efforts.

Dozens of ACORN people are in jail for criminals acts--more investigations are going on, testimoney has been given, but the Democrats and Obama stand by ACORN.  We will remember this corruption in November, 2010.

According to Darrell Steinberg there'll be a budget vote next week.  Thanks for leaving the cone of silence to let us know, pal!  In the meantime:

• The judge who allowed furloughs for state workers to go through is saying that the order does not necessarily apply to employees of Constitutional officers.  Jon Ortiz discusses the ramifications at The State Worker.  The first furlough day, by the way, is set for tomorrow.

• The editorial board revolt in the Central Valley, hard-hit by the economic crisis, continues.  The Merced Sun-Star is unusually blunt: "Why should Democrats negotiate if Republicans refuse to budge?"  And the Stockton Record is actually

Bowen: No party politics in voter fraud investigations

SACRAMENTO - California Secretary of State Debra Bowen said that Republican claims aside, there's no partisanship in how her office looks at potential voting fraud cases, including one that led to the arrest Sunday of a 23-year-old man in Ontario who'd been signing up new voters for the GOP.

Bowen, speaking at a "drive-thru registration" event on the last day to register to vote in the Nov. 4 election, said she'd investigate Mother Teresa if there was reason to think the late Nobel Peace Prize winner was engaged in voter fraud.
