After Brooklyn District Attorney Charles “Joe” Hynes lost his Democratic primary, his campaign not only soldiered on, it woke up musically as well.

In the aftermath of an official Hynes reggae song, Mr. Hynes’s campaign has released not one–but four–accompanying music videos, celebrating a bus tour of the borough.

The offerings include a video featuring the reggae jam, a dub-step-version of The White Stripes’ “My Doorbell,” a third with The New Radicals’ “You Get What You Give” and a final Halloween-themed video featuring footage of Mr. Hynes greeting voters yesterday.

Mr. Hynes has an uphill battle facing off against Democratic nominee Ken Thompson on Election Day next Tuesday, but if snazzy tunes are the key to voters’ hearts, perhaps he’ll have a reason to dance after all.
