Kenneth Thompson, the attorney who represented the hotel housekeeper in Dominique Strauss-Kahn's sexual assault controversy, is considering a run against Brooklyn D.A. Joe Hynes in 2013. Our sources confirm that he's looking at potential campaign staff and is taking the endeavor seriously. Mr. Thompson, who is African-American, could have a significant base of support in the borough's Democratic electorate.
