Both candidates in the special election to replace Carl Kruger in the State Senate declared victory last night even though the final count won't be known for at least a week, and those wishing to personally watch those declarations can view the videos below.

From Shimon Gifter is this video of the Republican candidate, David Storobin, announcing, “We, all of us, won this race ... The good won. We won! We won! We won!"

And from Capital New York's Azi Paybarah is a video of Mr. Fidler admitting the results were "a little closer than we were hoping for," but arguing, "Tonight, the good guys win."
