Ron Paul released a new ad designed to appeal to anti-abortion voters highlighting his pro-life positions and his career as a obstetrician and gynecologist. "Dr. Ron Paul more than 4,000 babies delivered, a man of faith, committed to protecting life," a narrator says as the commercial begins.

The ad featured testimony from Mr. Paul's former patients about his pro-life convictions.

"Life begins at conception in my opinion and as a result I love to go to a doctor who feels the same way," said Marcie Holt.

One woman who wasn't a former patient, praised Mr. Paul's anti-abortion stance and his compassion for women.

"He not only protects unborn life but he also walks through journeys with women and he has for years," Kara Gore

Mr. Paul is currently leading polls in the Iowa Cacus, but his numbers are much lower in the other early primary states.
