Add Public Advocate Bill de Blasio to the list of 2013 contenders slamming Mayor Michael Bloomberg over the news that Deputy Mayor Robert Steel actually resides in posh Greenwich, CT.

The Mayor needs to explain why these basic rules have apparently gone ignored.”
