On 'Jimmy Fallon,' Giuliani Doesn't Sound Like A Candidate

Rudy Giuliani stopped by “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” last night and very much did not sound like someone running for President in 2012.

Asked about a poll that showed him beating President Obama, Giuliani said, “Yea, so would anybody else.”

“I mean here we are with the markets going down, the president goes on television, the markets go down more.”

Giuliani though directed most of his criticism at S&P over the downgrade, not at the administration.

“This was a cheap shot against the United States,” he said.
