In our voracious appetite for all things Anthony Weiner, we were pleased to come across this 1996 Cosmo profile featuring our young congressman as a young councilman and one of the magazine’s “101 Gorgeous Real Life Bachelors.”
In the piece, titled, “The Future President,” Weiner candidly admits that his ambition is to run for Congress in a couple of years and says that on his days off he likes to “try on clothes that I couldn’t afford.”
Weiner also says that in a “first lady” he wants, “Someone smarter than me. I want to be sucked back into the throes of love.”
