Investigators unsealed the 49-page indictment against the former contractor who bilked CityTime developers. The news was first made public by City Comptroller John Liu earlier this week.

Update: One fun excerpt:

"[B]etween 2004 and 2010, Denault reported earning over $5.6 million through income he received in India, at a time when he was a full-time employee of SAIC as Project Manager on the CityTime project.

"Although the income purportedly was earned in India, Denault reported no travel or any other expenses associated with [it]."
